Big plays and a strong offense have delivered some of the best wins the Green Tech Varsity team has experienced. Green Tech’s reputation in football is second only to our basketball team and remains an excellent opportunity for Albany area student athletes to learn teamwork, accelerate their growth, and excel in life.
Past alumni include students who have gone on to play college sports as well as those who have used their athletic talents to help springboard them into other careers.
With both varsity and junior varsity paths, there are plenty of opportunities for young men to discover their talents and learn critical skills both in the game and in life.

Participation Requirements
1) Student/Athlete must be accepted and enrolled as a Green Tech student.
2) Proof of a physical since 8/23/21 must have been completed and on record at the school health office.
3) A sports packet must be filled out completely for emergency medical purposes as well as rules and expectations. Sports packets are available from Coach Braxton if you participate in work outs. Packets will also be available at school and on the website starting August 8th.
All three steps must be completed in order for your son to try out and attend practices for the team!
